DR Graphics is a company of trained designers with commercial experience. We decided to start our own business because we saw a gap in the market. There are some great web design companies who offer top class bespoke service, but at a cost that small businesses can't afford. There are also lots of web designers who offer a service that is cheap but also lacking in quality. They may know how to build a basic site, but not how to create something that looks and performs professionally. We think that our service is great quality and at a price which is reasonable.

We are based around the borders of Mid Wales, Herefordshire and Shropshire. However, thanks to phone, email, skype, dropbox, etc, we can offer our services nationally. We work remotely so you don't pay the price for us to keep an office running.

We aim to give you honest advice and not to push our products on you. Our FAQ answers a lot of common questions and is well worth reading if you're new to the idea of having a website built. If you call us, you won't speak to a salesperson, but directly to a designer or developer, who can explain the process clearly.

We understand that not everyone needs or can afford a website and that different marketing approaches are needed for different projects. The one thing all projects have in common is the need for great design and that is where we excel. Our design process always starts with the customer. Before we put pencil to paper, we discuss the project thouroughly with you. Once we have produced the initial design, we show you and get your feedback. This continues at every stage of the development. Nothing is published until you are happy with it. We always aim to complete projects in a reasonable timeframe and will try our very best to meet any deadlines you may have.

As well as offering design services, we can arrange printing through our preferred supplier and arrange delivery. For our web customers, we can arrange domain names, hosting and any additional services. Our prices are very competitive and our final quotes are tailor-made so you don't pay for anything you don't really need.
